From early time of my life I started write memos. I always like to record my life moments. Later ,this way helped me to calm and comfort my heart and mind.
When I have any problem. I write it down and put a small footnote including my comment, opinion and wish. If a person meant a lot to me, usually I write this black cloud will vanish sooner or later, and the bright sun gonna rise again. This way was very effective. It gives me the ability to get my different feelings out of my mind. I was just move on whatever is happening. It helped me to get away from hate feelings and control my anger and push my writing skills forward. Finally, I want to say to everyone if any thing comes to your mind and you don't want to talk about ,and at same time you want it out of your head
Write it and move on.
